Very nice atmosphere however what keeps me coming back is Dr Eric Bass . He is the best and I have followed him from his practice in Sherman Oaks to Westminster and Orange CA. I've been going to Dr Bass for decades . I value his knowledge he's very kind understanding he listens he explains such a pleasant individual you rarely can find a doctor like him that really cares. They also have a lot of eyewear to choose from if needed.

Very good service and a nice place. Doctor was very thorough, and very patient.The staff is very helpful and kind specially Jackie. She was very patient to me when choosing the right glasses. Suggesting which glasses fits for me best. Highly recommend!

It was easy to set and reschedule the appointment. The automated scheduling made me concerned at first but you are immediately texted with your appointment details during the call which made it easy. Availability was excellent as I was offered a variety of times to fit my schedule. Everyone from the front desk to the optometrist was welcoming and provided excellent customer service.

Dr Tiffany LIU is amazing she's thorough efficient kind and patient. I'm a pretty hard patient with all my autoimmune and I was so glad to have her as my doctor today. Dale in the front office is so helpful. They took really good care of me today thanks guys

Very nice and professional people. Doctor was very thorough, and very patient (I tend to ask a lot of questions). The lady who helped me with the glasses was very thorough and tried her best to provide me with the best deal, going through different calculations to see what combination would offer me the best possible price with my insurance. Overall I'm quite impressed and happy! Highly recommend!

Liked how easily it was to schedule an appointment thru web site and provided info before getting to office, making visit faster and efficient. Doctor was very nice and friendly as well as front staff and tech that assisted me. I loved the huge inventory to choose from and especially the fact that you are a preferred provider within my plan made my choice much easier due to discounts applied. I can't wait to see my glasses and will certainly be back.

I was nervous to show up after a scary experience with my vision and not having an eye exam in 30 years but I felt safe there and found the all the people to be friendly patient and professional.

They do everything exceptionally well and the office and staff have a very nice feel as soon as you enter. I would recommend them to anyone needing an eye doctor / optometry .!
